senior show

The Senior Show is an annual showcase at Point Loma Nazarene University put on to celebrate the graduating class of Graphic Design majors for that given year. Each design major must ideate and create a unique poster that markets the show to the community. Students are allowed to go in any creative direction, providing an array of various designs. At the end of the year, the PLNU community votes on which poster is their favorite. The constraints of this poster were simple yet difficult.

Each poster had to contain the full name of every senior graduating with a B.A. in either Visual Art or Graphic Design for that year. The poster also had to include the date, times and locations of the final events in the Art Department for 2022. There were a myriad of ways that this project could have been completed, but I decided to draw inspiration from Wes Anderson. This particular filmmaker is extremely influential in the PLNU community, and I believe best embodies our journeys these past 4 years.
