What do I do?

For two and a half years, I served as a graphic designer and creative assistant at Hawaiian lifestyle brand, ALOHA Collection. Throughout my time with ALOHA, I have designed bags, launched campaigns and created a myriad of design deliverables (emails, social stories, etc).

I aid in the styling of photoshoots, creation of bag patterns and executive duties for the creative director. On this page, you can glance at various campaigns I have spearheaded and collaborated on.
One main focus that utilized my design skills was their need for art and mockups. The company creates one-of-a-king Tyvek bags, which is a splash-proof material beneficial for traveling and beachwear. Seen on the next pages are just a few examples of my personal designs for the team. We worked hard to stay on trend for the customers. These artboards and mockups would be sent to production companies so that they could create hundreds of bags at a time, until it was ready for photoshoots and customers.

Collection Design

One of my favorite projects at ALOHA was the process of developing the 2023 Croatia Collection. Alongside my colleagues, I spearheaded the ideation of a fully branded collection of Tyvek Splash Proof bags. I personally hand drew two patterns within the collection (the suns & waves) as well as selecting colors, styles and photoshoot inspiration. Not only did I participate in the initial creation, but I also carried through until the very end, producing marketing deliverables such as web assets, launch emails, social media stories and blog design.

I’ve also attached the cropping guide that consisted of my daily cropping duties - splicing images in various dimensions to carry across our site, as well as examples of the crops I performed.
